This will be a great opportunity for those who have practiced Trulkor to come and review as well as for new people to come and experience the wonderful benefits of Tibetan yoga. Trulkor exercises are part of the secret Yogic tradition of the Shakya monasteries of Western Tibet. The miraculous wheel of relaxation to increase health and vital energy. This ancient practice explores subtle levels of energy to release emotional blockages, bringing one to a better understanding of the body on deeper levels. Open to all levels.
